Condition standard

  • The item should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Original packaging and included drop materials should be kept when possible.
  • Items with visible use, odor, wash damage or altered labels do not qualify for normal exchange handling.
  • Manufacturing defects should be reported by email with order details and clear photos.

Exchange process

  • Request the exchange by email within 15 days.
  • Share your order details and photos of the item.
  • Drop Ind. reviews the request and confirms the next step.
  • Once approved, the exchange is prepared and shipped.

International outbound
